Abstract Guidelines

 
  •  The title should be bold and centered, Times New  Roman (14 pt)
  • Author’s names with initials first
  • Full address and affiliation of all authors
  • Text in (12  pt), and 1.5 spacing
  • References cited by  numbers
  • References at end: no titles, author’s (initials first), year, citation
  • No figures or equations will be accepted
  • Do not use any undefined acronyms  

Abstracts in MS-Word format may be submitted by normal mail or electronically, via our e-mail address before the 15th of March 2009.

 

Poster Exhibition
 

 There will be no poster session during the conference

 

Conference Proceedings

 The regularly peer - reviewed papers submitted to the conference will be published in an on-line American Institute of Physics (AIP) proceedings volume.

Submission of papers must follow the downloadable template. Figures resolution must be 600 dpi. Colored figures are acceptable.

Full paper submission un-extendable deadline is the 20th of June 2009. Manuscripts can be given to the conference secretariat on a CD, or sent by e-mail to als@niles.edu.eg.

 It is essential to fill and sign the copyright transfer form and submit it with your manuscript (www.aip.org/proceedings).
