ICLA is a biannual scientific conference organized by the National Institute of Laser Enhanced Sciences (NILES), Cairo University.The  objective  of  the  proposed  conference  is to  build  a creative  advanced research and  learning environment by bringing together world experts, postgraduates,  PhD students, and post-docs from different national and international universities and research centers to explore various fundamental and  practical applications  of laser science and technology. A number of outstanding distinguished scientists are invited to talk in different topics relevant to the state of the art of their field of laser applications.
